Indeed, those who offend Allah and His Messenger – Allah has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter and prepared for them a humiliating punishment. 

Every soul will taste death. And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned.

(In falsehood will they be) Until, when death comes to one of them, he says: “O my Lord! send me back (to life), that I might do righteousness in that which I left behind.” No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.

And of the people is he who worships Allah on an the verge. If he is touched by good, he is reassured by it; but if he is struck by trial, he turns on his face [to disbelief]. He has lost [this] world and the Hereafter. That is what is the manifest loss. 

Indeed, for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, We have made pleasing to them their deeds, so they wander blindly. Those are the ones for whom there will be the worst of punishment, and in the Hereafter they are the greatest losers.

Those whom the angels take their souls in death (being) pure, saying (to them),”Peace be upon you! Enter Paradise for what you used to do.”

And it will be said to those who feared Allah, “What did your Lord send down?” They will say, “[That which is] good.” For those who do good in this world is good; and the home of the Hereafter is better. And how excellent is the home of the righteous. 

But whoever desires the Hereafter and exerts the effort due to it while he is a believer – it is those whose effort is ever appreciated [by Allah]. To each We extend from the gift of your Lord. And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted. Look how We have favored [in provision]
