Angels in the Quran

Say: “The Angel of Death, who is put in charge of you, will (duly) take your souls. Then to your Lord you will be returned.”

Allah chooses messengers from the angels and from mankind. Indeed, Allah is All Hearing and All Seeing.

And when a messenger from Allah came to them confirming that which was with them, a party of the people of the Scripture threw the Scripture of Allah behind their backs, as if they did not know [what it contained]. And they followed [instead] what the devils had recited during the reign of Sulayman. It

And [mention, O Muḥammad], when your Lord said to the angels, “Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority.” They said, “Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we exalt You with praise and declare Your perfection?” He [Allah] said, “Indeed, I know that which you do not
