اَلْحَكَم Al-Hakam = The Arbitrator, The Judge
All sovereignty on that Day is for Allah. He will judge between them. So those who believe and do good will be in the Gardens of Delight. Al-Hajj 56
مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ Mālik al-mul’k = Owner of All Sovereignty
Say, “O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent. Ali ‘Imran 26
الْحَقُّ Al-Haqq = The Truth
That is because Allah is the Truth, He gives life to the dead, and He is over all things, competent. Al-Hajj 6
الْوَاجِدُ Al-Wajid = The Finder, The Perceiver
And We did not find for most of them any covenant; but indeed, We found most of them defiantly disobedient. Al-A’raf 102
اَلْمُقْسِط Al-Muq’siṭ = The One who acts justly
[They are] avid listeners to falsehood, devourers of [what is] unlawful. So if they come to you, [O Muḥammad], judge between them or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them – never will they harm you at all. And if you judge, judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. Al-Ma’idah 42
اَلْمَانِع Al-Māniʿ = The Preventer
Or do they have gods to defend them other than Us? They are unable [even] to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us. Al-Anbya 43
اَلْمُحْصِي Al-Muhsi = The One who counts, The All Enumerating
To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Whether you show what is within yourselves or conceal it, Allah will bring you to account for it. Then He will forgive whom He wills and punish whom He wills, and Allah is over all things competent. Al-Baqarah 284
