And [mention] the Day when the heaven will split open with [emerging] clouds, and the angels will be sent down, descending [in ranks]. True sovereignty, that Day, belongs to the Most Gracious. And it will be a difficult Day upon the disbelievers. And the Day the wrongdoer will bite on his hands [in regret] he will say, “Oh, I wish I had followed the way with the Messenger. Oh, woe to me! I wish I had not taken that one [who misguided] as a friend, he led me away from the Reminder after it had come to me. And ever is Satan, to humankind, a deserter.”
