Then how, if you disbelieve, will you guard yourselves against a Day that will make the children white-haired?The heaven will break apart therefrom; His promise is to be fulfilled. Indeed, this is a reminder, so whoever wills may take to his Lord a way.

Indeed, when the water overflowed, We carried you [your ancestors] in the sailing ship. That We might make it for you a reminder and [that] a conscious ear would be conscious of it.
And have you seen the fire that you ignite? Is it you who produced its tree, or are We the producers? We have made it a reminder and enjoyment for the wayfarers in the desert.
And how many a generation before them did We destroy who were greater than them in [striking] power and had explored throughout the lands. Is there any place of escape? Indeed in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present [in mind].
And the earth – We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, giving insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to Allah].
Then do they await except that the Hour should come upon them unexpectedly? But already there have come [some of] its indications. Then how [what good] to them, when it has come, will be their remembrance?
