Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day do not ask for exemption from striving with their wealth and their lives. And Allah has perfect knowledge of those who are mindful of Him. Only those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day, would ask for exemption, and whose hearts are in doubt, so they waver in their doubts.
