Only those whose hearts feel fear when Allah is mentioned and whose faith increase when His ayat are recited to them, and upon their Lord they rely – are the mu’mineen. Those who establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them – those in truth are the mu’mineen. For them are ranks (of honor) with their Lord, and forgiveness, and a noble provision.
